Qigong, an ancient meditative exercise from Eastern Asia, is a key part of TCM in maintaining a healthy, strong and balanced life.  This exercise system uses gentle, mindful movements to strengthen the internal energy flow and connect to the body.

 

In 2006 Thomas, a Louisiana native, began practicing Qigong during acupuncture training, and began teaching in New Orleans in 2020. He is dedicated to his personal daily Qigong practice.
